Your subscription

With your consent, we email you about new E1NS features, camper conversion tips and occasional offers. We process your email address and evidence of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Providing this information is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Your subscription only becomes active after double opt-in confirmation. We store the wording and version of your consent, the source of the request, and the request and confirmation timestamps. This data is processed in our Odoo system.

Withdrawal and retention

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Confirmation links are valid for 48 hours. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days. Following withdrawal, we retain consent evidence for three years to defend potential legal claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Necessary suppression information may be retained to respect your unsubscribe request during future imports.

Protection against abuse

To limit abusive requests, we use a cryptographically protected value derived from your IP address. It is routinely deleted after two days. We do not use external geolocation services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
